A clear charter that regulates dealings… preserves the sanctity of service… and honors the purposes of the visit

Maqasid Al-Nour Company, in its honor of serving those who intend to visit the House of Allah and the mosque of His Noble Prophet ﷺ, relies in its dealings on authentic values and a spiritual philosophy that sees serving the visitor as worship, organizing the journey as a trust, and that every step in the path of the Umrah performer, Hajj pilgrim, or visitor must be surrounded by gentleness, respect, and facilitation.

For this reason, these terms have been established to be a clear covenant between the company and beneficiaries of its services, ensuring clarity of dealings, preserving rights, regulating obligations, and protecting the honor of the service through which we draw closer to Allah Almighty.

  • First: Definition of Services and Their Nature

    1- Maqasid Al-Nour offers comprehensive services in organizing tourism trips including Hajj and Umrah journeys, arranging spiritual visits, travel bookings, accommodation, facilitating visa acquisition, spiritual and educational programs, in addition to other supporting services.

    2- The company adopts a spiritual approach in formulating its services; based on facilitation, reverencing Allah's rituals, and respecting the visitor's privacy and the sanctity of their journey.

    3- All provided services depend on information supplied by the client, and are executed according to official regulations in effect within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad.

  • Second: Client's Obligations Regarding Information and Data

    1- The client commits to providing correct and accurate data regarding passport, visa, bookings, and personal information.

    2- The company is not responsible for any error resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the client.

    3- The company has the right to request additional documents if procedures require it, to ensure service safety and quality.

    4- Any delay in providing data may lead to service delay or impossibility of execution.

  • Third: Booking and Payment Mechanisms

    1- Any service is only confirmed after payment confirmation or payment of the agreed advance.

    2- Prices vary according to program, season, accommodation type, service level, and destination.

    3- The company does not commence any arrangements before financial booking approval.

    4- Fees paid for administrative services are non-refundable after official procedures begin.

  • Fourth: Cancellation and Refunds

    1. If the client requests service cancellation after procedures begin, cancellation rules are subject to policies of service providers such as: airlines - hotels - official visa authorities.

    2- Visa fees and bookings are non-refundable unless the official authority permits it.

    3- Any amounts incurred by the company in procedures before cancellation are deducted.

    4- The company has the right to deduct costs of services actually executed even if the journey was not completed.

  • Fifth: Service Execution Timelines

    1- The execution time for each service is determined upon agreement, and varies according to season, journey nature, and crowd levels.

    2- Maqasid Al-Nour commits to delivering the service at the specified time when possible, except in cases beyond control such as: visa issuance delay - flight schedule changes - emergency and regulatory circumstances - new government instructions.

    3- Any delay beyond the company's control does not make it responsible for compensation.

  • Sixth: Company Responsibilities and Limits

    1- Maqasid Al-Nour commits to providing organized and documented service according to highest standards.

    2- The company is not responsible for: any action taken by government authorities - visa refusal or delay - flight cancellation or modification - any emergency circumstance concerning transport companies or hotels.

    3- Service is a shared responsibility; the company is an accredited intermediary that handles coordination and arrangement, while official procedures are managed through relevant government authorities.

    4- The company bears no responsibility for accidents or health or emergency circumstances that may occur during the journey.

  • Seventh: Policy for Modifications within Programs

    1- The client has the right to request minor modifications before service execution as long as a major portion has not been executed.

    2- Fundamental modifications after confirmation are treated as new requests and priced separately.

    3- Any modification by operating companies (hotels – airlines – transport) is immediately communicated to the client, and the company works to find the most suitable alternative.

  • Eighth: Property Rights and Privacy

    1- All programs, introductory materials, and spiritual guides accompanying the service are the property of Maqasid Al-Nour Company and may not be reused commercially without permission.

    2- All client data is treated with complete confidentiality and is not shared with any party except to serve service execution or according to official requirements.

    3- Maintaining visitor privacy is a spiritual value before being an administrative commitment.

  • Ninth: Compliance with Sharia and Regulatory Controls

    1- Maqasid Al-Nour commits to official regulations and instructions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all relevant countries.

    2- Any request that violates: Islamic values - public morals - Hajj and Umrah instructions - security and safety controls is rejected.

    3- The company reserves the right to cancel the service if it becomes apparent that the client is using it in an unauthorized manner.

  • Tenth: Amendment and Update of Terms

    Maqasid Al-Nour may update these terms as needed, and new terms apply to services requested after the update date.

These terms were established to preserve the blessing of service and the dignity of the visitor, and to ensure that the journey to the Two Holy Mosques is a facilitated journey, surrounded by perfection, built on honesty, connected to the spirit of the intention, and accompanied by care that makes the seeker feel that the path is paved before them until they reach their Lord's house with peace of mind.

Maqasid Al-Nour has always and continues to see that serving visitors of the Two Holy Mosques is worship, not just work, and that caring for the Umrah performer or Hajj pilgrim is a responsibility in which hearts are exerted before hands.

We ask Allah to bless the steps, to aid in service, to make our deeds sincere for His sake, and to honor the guests of His House and visitors of His Sanctuary with acceptance and facilitation.

Client Agreement

Upon making the initial payment, the client is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service. The payment serves as confirmation from the client of their full agreement to all provisions and conditions contained in this page, and they commit to the resulting rights and obligations toward Maqasid Al-Nour Company.
